Our Basketball Teams organized in 1978. In all these years our basket club have many storical momments. We are the first and the only Cretan team where our wommens team play in A National Category. We have many famous Players but the most famous was TRIALONI ALEXIA (Played in Panathinaikos and Panionios now)and XENAKIS ANDREAS where played in HERAKLION MINOAN LINES team of A1 National Category and Xilokastron team now). We have the best background of campus, 2 open campus and 3 baskets for atomic exercises, 2 close campus and the Pale De Sport of Nea ALikarnassos. We organize tournaments for young boys and girls, like HERODOTEIA for Teenagers Boys and Girls in Sptemeber, HRO 3 ON 3 for boys,girls and mini boys, girls in October, ALIKARNASSOS for boys and girls in December and ARIADNI for Teenagers and boys in February.
